If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

All customized products are excluded from the return or refund.


  • Go to the "Order History" section of your account.
  • Select the order from which you want to return an item by clicking on "Details".
  • Select the products you want to return through the box next to the names.
  • Add the quantity to be returned (in case you need to return more than one product).
  • (optional) In the "Returning Goods" section, add an explanation so that the team better understand why the customer wants to return that product.
  • Click on "Request a refund".


The jewelry must not have been tampered with, wet or altered and must not show any signs of use.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by www.stellabloom.it, it is required to follow the same instructions above. www.stellabloom.it reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.
